DIY Inspirational Canvas
See that painting there? That was done by me! Ha, finally some excuse to show off my work.
The cupcakes were made by my friend Erika. Check out her pastries here.
Inspirational Canvas
I made two Inspirational Canvases. You can view them below.
You will have to excuse my uninspiring photographs of them. I don’t know how to make them look better in a picture than in real life. I just snapped these with my phone camera.
The first one was made as a birthday gift to Erika. Which is why she took the featured picture of it with her cupcakes, using her superior phone photography skills.
The quotes in the paintings were based on:
“Life is too short to wait for the storm to pass. Learn to dance in the rain.” – Unknown
“Life is a great big canvas, and you should throw all the paint on it you can.” – Danny Kaye
The making of
If you are wondering how I made these, or how you can make them, check out my “the making of” pictures below.
Are you accepting commissions to make one for me?
Yeah, but it’ll cost you. It’s better if you made them yourself. You can feel the pride and accomplishment that way. I did these for fun anyway.
What if I really can’t paint?
Well, I’d say that anyone can paint if they put their mind to it. But to save everyone time…
You can buy beautiful inspirational canvases from Amazon here. They will be cheaper than whatever I would have charged you anyway.
Hope you like what you saw.
